In the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), elders play a vital role in the spiritual leadership and governance of the church. They are tasked with overseeing the congregation, nurturing their faith, and ensuring the church operates according to biblical principles.

Bio: My wife Brigitte and I have been attending since 2006. We both feel that we had a personal revival in 2000 and professions of Faith earlier in our lives. We have been members since 2007. I was ordained as a Deacon and served on the Diaconate for 6 years mostly as the Clerk before being ordained a Ruling Elder in 2018. I served in the U.S. Army for 24 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse before settling in Ocala in 2006. I have worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs first as an Assistant Manager of Community Based Outpatient Clinic before joining the Office of Information Technology in 2009. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in IT Management. We have 2 Daughters and 4 grandsons and we enjoy spending time with them and also traveling.

Bio: In 1977, my wife Marianna and I began our journey in Evangelical Christian ministry, dedicating the next 30 years to this mission. For 20 of those years, I served as the National Distribution Director for the New York and American Bible Society. In 2001, I adopted the Reformed Faith, and my wife soon followed suit.

I was ordained as a Teaching Elder in the Reformed Church in America in 2004 and served as Interim Pastor at Shawangunk Reformed Church until 2009. In 2010, I co-founded the Reformed Bible Society, a Scripture publishing and distribution ministry, and served in this role until 2019.

We moved from the Mid-Hudson Valley, New York, to Ocala, Florida. We began attending Grace Presbyterian Church in 2020, became members in 2021, and I was ordained as a Ruling Elder shortly thereafter.

I studied at Liberty University and earned a B.A. in Theology and Biblical Studies from North Central Theological Seminary. We have three children and five grandchildren.
