ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Grace Presbyterian Church is seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant.


This position is part-time, 20 hours per week, 9 am-1 pm, Monday – Friday.


The Administrative Assistant performs all church recordkeeping, communicates with the church, and coordinates activities arranged by the Session, Diaconate, and other service groups in GPC. That includes all church office administration, scheduling, and coordination, as well as the administrative duties to prepare for our Sunday service to worship God, which is the highest end of our existence.

Applicants must have experience in this field, as well as distinct customer service and
communication skills. The applicant must have good typing, business English, and letter
preparation skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

 

It is our preference that the applicant be a member of a PCA Church or a Christ-centered Reformed
Presbyterian Church.

 

We offer competitive remuneration, as well as vacation and sick days off.
